While the Karson was at camp and Reagyn was at Jami's we took off to Vegas with our good friends Brian and Amy. We were so excited to go, but things did not turn out exactly the way we expected. Lanny got sick after our first meal there...we think he had food poisoning. He was really miserable. Once he finally felt like doing something we found out that Pa Dale passed away. :( He will be sorely missed! We did manage to do a few things to keep our minds occupied until we could get home.
We stayed at the MGM Grand. It was HUGE!! We did alot of walking.
New York New York - We ate a couple of meals here. Also Amy and I rode the roller coaster!
We did the CSI Experience. You are the investigator and have to solve the case.
It was fun...I love that show!
We went to Mandalay Bay and saw the Shark Reef exhibit.
We saw the dolphins and leopard at the Mirage.
On our way downtown we stopped at the Pawn Stars pawn shop. Lanny watches their show alot. It was so small! And no we didn't see anyone famous.
We made it downtown and saw Elvis! He wasn't a very good one either. I enjoyed seeing all the lights.
The light show had a patriotic theme. It was really cool.
Lanny and I walked to the Bellagio to see the fountains one night. It was beautiful!
